Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate architectural and shipping information.
• Cooperate in a timely manner for measurements and order confirmations.
• Attend scheduled installation appointments as agreed upon.
• Maintain ethical standards in all business dealings with Miracle Enterprises.

Service & Payment

Product availability and pricing are subject to change. Decisions regarding stock are at the sole discretion of Clearview Fabtech Systems.

Clients must pay in full or as per agreed installment schedules before order dispatch. Delayed payment may result in suspension of installation services.

Intellectual Property & Governing Law

All website content, custom designs, and engineering drawings provided by us are the intellectual property of Miracle Enterprises.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
